You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns are free we cover the pickup cost.
To be eligible, the piece must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, with no damage to the print surface, texture, or edges.
How to Request a Return
Message us on [WhatsApp / Instagram / Contact Form] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address at no cost to you.
Refund Timing
Once the courier picks up your package, your refund is processed within 14 to 28 business days. The exact timing depends on courier reconciliation and your payment method.
- Cash on delivery orders: refunded by Instapay, or mobile wallet. We'll confirm the details with you when the return is approved.
- Card or online payments: refunded to the original payment method or by instapay.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged. contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
