14-Day Free Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns are free — we cover the pickup cost.
To be eligible, the piece must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, with no damage to the print surface, gel texture, or edges.
How to Request a Return
Message us on [WhatsApp / Instagram / Contact Formr] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address at no cost to you.
Refund Timing
Once the courier picks up your package, your refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days. The exact timing depends on courier reconciliation and your payment method.
- Cash on delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer, Instapay, or mobile wallet — whichever you prefer. We'll confirm the details with you when the return is approved.
- Card or online payments: refunded to the original payment method.
A Note on Hand-Finished Work
Every piece is finished by hand with acrylic gel medium, so brush direction, texture height, and surface sheen vary slightly from one piece to the next. These variations are part of the medium, not defects, and aren't grounds for a damage claim — though they're of course covered under the standard 14-day return window like any other reason.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged. contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to wait on the standard return process.
