Where We Ship
We ship all over Egypt with Bosta, our delivery partner.
Delivery Time
Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is confirmed.
Because every piece is hand-finished, some orders need extra time to cure and set properly before they can be packed. If your piece needs longer, we'll let you know, we'd rather add a day than ship something that isn't fully ready.
Delivery Days
We deliver Saturday through Thursday. There are no deliveries on Fridays or official public holidays, and these days aren't counted in the 3–5 business day estimate.
Tracking
Once your order is picked up by Bosta, a tracking number will be sent so you can follow your package until it reaches you.
Delivery Attempts
Bosta will attempt delivery and contact you by phone before arriving. Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable — most delivery delays come down to an unanswered phone.
Packaging
Every piece ships in protective packaging designed to shield the textured surface in transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it and contact us right away.
